Solar Farming in Wales

Solar farm opportunities across Wales

From the Vale of Glamorgan to the wide valleys of Powys and Carmarthenshire, Wales offers extensive upland and lowland farms well placed for solar farms, agrivoltaics and sheep grazing under panels.

The Wales landscape — upland pasture, broad river valleys and coastal farmland — offers many sites well suited to solar farms, agrivoltaics and battery storage. We help landowners across the region assess grid, land and planning, and secure a long-term income from under-used ground.
